| 1982 | Moved to Ashford, Kent as Chaucer Foods Ltd - Developed this into a manufacturing practice and started supplying croutons to soup manufacturers around the world. |
| Moved to Hull to get closer to its 2 main raw material suppliers – Jackson for Bread and AAK for Oil. | 1988 |
| 1993 | Purchased Pearts Bakery to become vertical on bread supply and remove competitor from the market. |
| Purchased Novaglen pasta facility in Canterbury and changed the name to Pilgrim Pasta. | 1994 |
| 1995 | Purchased the Saumur Freeze Drying plant from Unilever and became involved in FD veg and herbs. Chaucer Foods spray dried mushroom powder factory also. |
| Closed Pilgrim Pasta in Canterbury and moved pasta line to France. | 1999 |
1999 | Began supply of FD fruit to Kellogg Europe followed by supply to USA in 2000. |
| Began supply of Salad Croutons in Sachets to Salad Manufacturers. | 1999 |
| 2000 | Established Chaucer Foods Inc in USA. |
| Opened rep office in Beijing China. | 2001 |
| 2003 | Established full Chinese company with office in Qingdao and Factory in Huangdao Free Trade Zone and holding company in Hong Kong. |
| Launched Pane Italia bread snacks and won Good Food Award. | 2004 |
| 2005 | Opened new Huangdao Sorting Centre - original facility opened in 2003. |
| Chinese growing programme started. | 2005 |
| 2006 | Freeze dried production starts in Linyi facility. |
